That could mean giving staff greater or lesser access to the system or providing training in a different way. Each time we add a new site, we inevitably learn something new and valuable in this area.
As AllClear gains clients internationally, a new layer of cultural richness and complexity presents itself. To stay on our learning track and assure the best possible experience for our users, I am embarking on a Round The World journey to visit refining and petrochemical sites that will install AllClear so that I can gain a better understanding of the cultural and environmental factors that affect Emergency Response in each location.
Starting in New Orleans, this journey will take me to California (a country unto itself), The Philippines, Malaysia, The Middle East, Germany, The Netherlands, and The United Kingdom. I expect each location to present interesting attributes that would be worthwhile to share in this blog, so stay tuned for posts from each waypoint.
Bags are packed. Wish me luck!
